Camp Rules


1. There is to be no swimming unless a qualified lifeguard is on duty. One lifeguard for each 15 swimmers is recommended.
2. Swimming after dark is forbidden.
3. When using boats or canoes, each person must wear a life jacket and abide by all state watercraft regulations.
4. No wood cutting by rental groups.
5. The use of firearms, slingshots, bow and arrows or other weapons is prohibited. Exception, bows and arrows may be permitted for archery instruction with prior approval of camp manager.
6. Absolutely no hunting is allowed.
7. Use or possession of alcohol or illegal drugs use is not permitted.
8. No smoking is allowed in any building, including restrooms and pavilion.
9. Because of a serious erosion problem, we ask that no one use the hillside trails to the beach area. Please use the steps, road, or the maintained trail from the field.
10. No food or drink is permitted in the sleeping cabins.
11. Put garbage in plastic bags before putting it into the dumpster. Leave no trash or garbage standing overnight, and close the dumpster lid.
12. Please follow the cleaning directions that are posted in the lodge.
13. Do not move mattresses or furnishings from one building to another.
14. Any broken equipment should be reported to the camp manager. Costs for damage repairs and cleaning will be levied on the group responsible.
15. Willful damage to camp property, wildlife, or trees will be cause for eviction.
16. No fires except in designated fire rings.
17. Motorized vehicles are not to be driven more than 15 mph and only on existing roads.
18. No personal watercraft, snowmobiles, ORV's, trail bikes or mountain bikes are permitted.
19. Out of respect to other lake residents, no water skiing, tubing, or high speed boating is permitted before 10:00am or after 6:30pm
20. Pets must be leashed when camp is being used by multiple groups.
22. Challenge course and climbing tower may not be used without authorization from the camp manager.
22. All fireworks, including sparklers, are forbidden
